Maree de Bondt
Prior to joining TMI, Maree’s experience included more than ten years of Human Resource Management in the hospitality sector, including the role of Director of Human Resources for Australasia for a global hospitality provider. Maree has recently provided organizational strategies to a range of businesses including Australian state and commonwealth agencies, as well as multi-national corporations.
Maree has a passion for ensuring that organizations achieve the most out of their people and adopts a flexible approach to ensure that the needs of the client and the organisation are met.
Maree has highly developed facilitation and training skills and an engaging and relaxed style which has been developed from her many experiences in facilitating workshops.
