



Kate Tedstone
Kate is a passionate and skilled educator with over 15 years experience working with business and government. She has worked with individuals and groups as a presenter, trainer, facilitator and coach. She has been part of the TMI team for the last four (4) years.
Kate’s early career was with Barclays Bank Plc in their Management Development Program and a range of customer service roles.
Kate’s recent projects include working with:
- A major client delivering complaints handling workshops across the business
- A multinational corporate client delivering leadership, coaching and communication workshops
- A major client designing and delivering workshops to enhance individual and organisational performance though improved time management and effective communication.
- A Victorian government department designing and delivering a series of communication and coaching workshops
Kate’s style is inclusive and motivating to inspire self-belief, creative thinking and willingness to deal with challenge and change.

Kate is a graduate with a first class honours degree from Cambridge University and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from London University. She is an accredited Coach and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
