Anna Tucker, an inspiring consultant, is committed to offering her clients real results. She offers a wealth of international experience, gained over 15 years, from a variety of environments including Aviation/Airline, Retail Management, Insurance and IT.
Anna first started with TMI UK back in 1998, as a Programme Director, specialising in the areas of Complaint Handling, Values/Branding, Change Management, Presentation Skills/Professional Impact and Customer Service. She believes that making the most of each person’s individual abilities is the most fundamental way to achieve personal satisfaction, successful teamwork and exceed customers’ expectations.
A passionate educator, she works comfortably with groups and individuals, at any level within an organisation, playing many a successful role; train-the-trainer, presenter, facilitator and coach.
Anna graduated from the University of Leicester UK with a BA (Hons) in French, Italian & Psychology and has lived and worked in a host of countries since then including, France, Italy, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, and currently resides with her family in Queensland, Australia.
